Affiliate Manager (FX Vertical)

We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Affiliate Manager to join our growing international team.
In this role, you will support and execute affiliate growth initiatives, manage partner relationships, and help scale high-quality acquisition channels across multiple regions. Your focus will be on driving qualified leads, FTDs, and sustainable revenue growth through affiliate partnerships and performance marketing activities.

You will also work closely with the marketing team on testing and developing new user acquisition channels, traffic sources, and growth opportunities across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies targeting traders across MENA, LATAM, and Asia.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate networks, media buyers, and independent partners.
• Manage affiliate operations through Cellxpert, including tracking setup, flows, and commission structures.
• Monitor traffic quality, review affiliate sources, identify low-quality traffic, and ensure GEO alignment and compliance standards.
• Track affiliate performance and assist partners in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on testing new acquisition channels, funnels, creatives, and traffic sources to identify scalable growth opportunities.
• Assist with campaign optimization and performance analysis to improve ROI and acquisition efficiency.
• Continuously explore new user acquisition channels and growth opportunities, including testing new traffic sources and scaling successful experiments.
  

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience managing Forex affiliate programs.
• Existing network of affiliate contacts, IBs, or media partners within the FX industry is a strong advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in performance marketing and user acquisition.
• Strong understanding of affiliate commission models.
• Experience working with Cellxpert or similar affiliate tracking platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English is required. Arabic or Russian is a plus.
