We're looking for a Affiliate Manager to join us on a freelance and part-time basis.
Freelance contract: 2 days/week
Location: Remote and async-first — we work over Slack
Rate: £250 - £300 per day
Start: ASAP
This is a hands-on build role, not a maintenance one. You'll grow the program, bring publishers in, and turn it into a reliable, measurable acquisition channel - working with our Head of Growth but largely running your own show.
Shape and own the affiliate program from end-to-end
Recruit and onboard new publishers
Optimise the performance of our existing publishers
Own relationships with key affiliates and keep them active and engaged
Manage a promotional calendar, including exclusive offers and how they're allocated across partners
Report weekly on publisher performance and progress against sales and CAC targets
Hands-on experience running affiliate programs in AWIN
A track record of building or growing an affiliate channel, ideally one you took from early stage to performing
Very organised, self-starter - you'll be juggling multiple publishers, a live promo calendar, and weekly reporting
A strong async communicator who's comfortable running things over Slack and keeping people in the loop without needing meetings
Comfortable with performance metrics - you understand CAC, margin, discounting and can read what's working, and act on it
Self-directed: this is a part-time freelance role, so you manage your own time and output
Nice to have: experience running affiliate programs in telecoms
