AES - Delivery - Digital Test Automation Engineer

Requirements:

1. Good understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) management processes, with the ability to effectively coordinate UAT activities and manage large teams of testers.
2. Strong test analysis and test design skills.
3. Experience in test reporting, including the creation of dashboards and regular reporting of UAT progress to the Executive Board (EB) and other stakeholders.
   
   TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
4. Knowledge of keyword-driven test automation methodologies and best practices.
5. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks that support keyword-driven testing, such as Robot Framework.
6. Ability to build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows and GitHub Actions pipelines.
7. Experience automating Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
8. Experience creating and maintaining test execution and quality dashboards using Grafana and Allure Reporting.
9. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in large-scale UAT environments.
