We have strong core values: Client First, Collaboration, Innovation and Fun!JOB SUMMARY:The Advisor Team Case Designer is a key role for our Advisor Sales Team supporting the sales efforts across the Advisor Sales Teams. This role will focus on hybrid LTC and permanent illustrations requests. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Responsible for the creation and distribution of sales illustrations for life and LTC products.
- Responsible for quality control and accuracy of illustrations run and distributed to our advisors.
- Responsible for knowing and understanding the various nuances of products for optimal case design.
OTHER DUTIES, AND PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:- Support the sales team on advisor calls to review case design as needed.
- Support both field development and product departments with training on case design and product availability as well as provide other support items as needed.
- May perform additional projects/duties upon request.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Education and Experience:- BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
- Life and Health license preferred.
- 1-year experience working within the life insurance industry preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: - Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task without losing focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Comfortable with routine, repetitive tasks
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or with a team.
- Ability to take direction and multi-task.
