About TextCare TextCare is One to One Health's virtual care platform, providing patients with convenient access to care through secure text messaging, phone, and video visits. Through this innovative care model, providers deliver acute care, primary care, support ongoing patient needs, and build trusted patient relationships while improving access, outcomes, and the overall patient experience.     Position Summary TextCare Providers deliver virtual acute & primary care support through text, phone, and video from our corporate office in Chattanooga, TN. Providers build trusted patient relationships, coordinate follow-up care, and help improve access, outcomes, and overall patient experience within a text-centered care model. Essential Responsibilities Deliver virtual preventive, urgent, and primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, medication reconciliation, health coaching, and referrals. Complete a high volume of virtual wellness visits (HRAs & HIRs), ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough documentation. Proactively engage high-risk members and those less likely to receive routine primary care. Identify care gaps and improve members’ access to licensed providers and appropriate services. Cross-train across virtual urgent care and primary care service lines. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Ability to work Monday – Friday (8-hour shifts) Completion of an accredited NP or PA program  Active Tennessee NP or PA license – or willingness to apply for one before start-date Prescriptive authority  BLS certification  1+ years of relevant clinical experience  Preferred Qualifications Previous Telehealth Experience Previous Wellness visits experience  1+ years of primary care experience  Previous experience conducting virtual (telephonic, video) HIRs/HRAs Multi-state licensure  Experience in urgent care or acute care environments  Typing speed of 65+ WPM Why Join One to One Health?
