What You Will Do - Essential Functions
As a Provider at Lucet, you’ll deliver comprehensive care to patients in their homes and/or community-based services such as assisted living or skilled nursing facilities, helping to improve outcomes and promote continuity of care.
This position allows providers to practice medicine outside of the traditional clinic setting. Providers will experience a meaningful level of clinical autonomy while maintaining a strong support structure from an interdisciplinary care team, including experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs).
Please note the position requires you to meet patients in their homes throughout Maricopa County, AZ and you will be expected to cover a territory radius of 50 minutes from your home address. Mileage reimbursement is provided for eligible travel mileage exceeding 30 miles.
