Oversee and optimize the technical infrastructure for ad monetization, including ad servers, RTB, and SSP/DSP integrations. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve ad placements and maximize revenue growth through performance optimization.

A leading digital services company is seeking an experienced Ad Tech Specialist to oversee and optimize its advertising technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing ad serving platforms, RTB integrations, demand partnerships, and monetization initiatives, while working closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to maximize advertising performance and revenue growth.

About the Company

Our client is an established digital services company that operates at the forefront of digital advertising and monetization. We’re looking for a skilled Ad Tech Specialist to join the team and help optimize the infrastructure, integrations, and strategies that power a high-performing advertising ecosystem. If you're driven by data, enjoy working with cutting-edge ad technologies, and are excited by the challenge of maximizing revenue through technical innovation and performance optimization, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical infrastructure for ad monetization: ad servers, real-time bidding (RTB), SSP / DSP integrations, and API-based ad traffic.

  • Set up, maintain and optimize ad campaigns at the technical level: trafficking, tag implementations, pixel or SDK integrations, header bidding, waterfall or bidding logic.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery issues: latency, rendering problems, tracking discrepancies, bid stream errors.

  • Analyze ad performance metrics (e.g., eCPM, fill rate, win rate, request-to-impression ratio) and propose optimizations.

  • Design and run A/B tests around ad formats, placement strategies, pricing floors, and auction configurations.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design new ad placements, integrate new formats, and improve monetization flows.

  • Work with partners (SSPs, DSPs, exchanges) to onboard, configure, and maintain demand sources.

  • Develop and maintain documentation: technical specs, integration guides, best practices.

  • Forecast, plan, and execute monetization experiments. Provide regular reporting to leadership on ad revenue, performance, and opportunities.

  • Stay up-to-date with ad-tech industry trends (RTB protocols, privacy regulations, identity, header bidding, etc.) and evaluate new technologies for adoption.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience (or more, depending on seniority) in Ad Operations, Ad Tech, Programmatic Monetization, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Adsterra, ExoClick, or other).

  • Familiarity with real-time bidding (RTB), openRTB protocol, auctions, and bid streams.

  • Experience with API-based ad traffic, SDKs, tag integration, and pixel-based tracking.

  • Knowledge of header bidding, waterfall setups, and bidding logic.

  • Comfortable working with large data sets: performance logs, auction metrics, bid requests.

  • Ability to use tools / languages such as SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and BI tools.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills; able to debug technical ad issues and drive resolution.

  • Able to explain technical ad-tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., product, sales).

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, Marketing, and partner teams.

  • Self-starter, proactive in proposing and implementing monetization improvements.

Benefits

  • Competitive remuneration package.

  • Performance-based bonus scheme.

  • Provident Fund Scheme.

  • 7.5-hour workday and a 30-minute break (flexible schedule).

  • Free coffee, fruits, and refreshments.

  • Up to 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays.

  • 5 days of paid sick leave.

  • Postpartum support program and newborn baby gifts.

  • Parental leave allowance.

  • Modern, centrally located offices.

  • Continuous professional development and on-the-job training.

  • Diverse and friendly team environment.

  • Flexible work arrangements and remote work options.

Join a forward-thinking team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital advertising, driving monetization performance, and optimizing cutting-edge ad technology solutions.
