Tasks

You'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing Ad Creatives process & planning
• Delivering statics + videos for Paid Ads Teams (weekly)
• Analysing creatives performance
• Researching (trends/best practices)
• Leading Creative Team (video editors/designers/content managers), including performance management
• Setting up dynamic tracking / performance system
• Keeping consistent branding
• ... All related to pets :)

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience LEADING the Ad Creatives process within a D2C brand
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and the e-commerce landscape
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across multiple teams
• Use the hidden word "Scaling" in your proposal so we know you have an eye for detail.
• A passion for pets and making a positive impact on their lives is a big plus!
