  • Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.
Qualifications

  • Ability to provide customer service AND new business acquisition.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
  • Previous experience in marketing, outreach, customer service, or sales preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses (State Farm provides support for licensing).

Compensation

  • Salary listed does NOT include bonus or commission.
  • Commission is UNCAPPED, providing unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
