Accounts Receivable Analyst

The ideal candidate will contribute to maintain all implementation processes and coordinate the preparation and documentation of relevant materials as needed to support operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge in Invoicing
• Collection to customers while maintaining positive customer relationship
  Execute credit control activities, including monitoring customer payment behaviour
• Monitor and manage overdue receivables by conducting regular reviews of aging reports to identify past-due balances.
• Manage of portals of clients 
  Perform periodic reviews of uncleared items to identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts to ensure accurate financial records and timely recovery of outstanding amounts 
• Create and present reports on collection to management
• Contact clients via phone, e-mail to inform them delays in payment and solicit payment
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2 - 4 years of experience in similar position
• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SAP 
• English preferred
