BA Global Talent is seeking a highly detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant in LATAM & The Caribbean to join one of our clients’ accounting teams. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in AP data entry, GL coding, and reconciliation, who can step in quickly and contribute to day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-volume AP data entry with strong attention to accuracy

  • Apply General Ledger (GL) coding correctly across transactions

  • Support account reconciliations and identify discrepancies

  • Review, verify, and process invoices and financial data

  • Communicate with internal field staff via email to confirm coding and resolve issues

  • Work within project management and accounting systems to ensure proper data flow

  • Maintain organized records and support ongoing AP processes

  • Assist in improving data accuracy and workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, data entry, and account reconciliations

  • Solid understanding of GL coding and basic accounting principles

  • Experience working with accounting software (Sage Intacct preferred)

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks efficiently

  • Strong written English communication skills (email-based communication with internal teams)

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Experience in the industrial sector is a plus

Time Zone: Texas Central Time

Schedule: Full-Time
