We're partnering with the COO of a growing, founder-owned organization that is looking to add an Accounting Manager to its team. This newly created position offers the opportunity to lead a small accounting team, help drive an upcoming NetSuite implementation, and play a key role in building scalable accounting processes as the company continues to grow.

Whether you're an experienced Accounting Manager or a Senior Accountant ready to step into leadership, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with executive leadership.

• Newly created Accounting Manager position with high visibility
• Report directly to the COO and partner closely with executive leadership
• Lead and mentor a two-person accounting team
• Help drive the company's transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite
• Multi-entity accounting environment offering broad exposure
• Founder-owned company investing heavily in future growth initiatives
• Opportunity to help build and improve accounting processes
• Hybrid work model (2-3 days onsite)
• Excellent opportunity for a Senior Accountant ready for their first management role

• Lead the month-end close and oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage accounting across multiple legal entities
• Supervise the Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of NetSuite
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Partner with leadership to support the company's continued growth

• Progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger and month-end close expertise
• Experience supporting multiple legal entities
• Leadership experience preferred, but strong leadership potential will also be considered
• NetSuite experience or ERP implementation exposure is a plus
• Process improvement mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Approximately $90,000 base salary
