Position Summary
Aris Amplify is seeking an entrepreneurial, high-energy Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top accounting and finance talent across a variety of industries, including middle-market, private equity-backed, and publicly traded companies.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of accounting and finance professionals.
- Source qualified candidates through:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- ZoomInfo
- Internal databases and referrals
- Networking and market mapping techniques
- Recruit for positions including:
- Staff Accountant
- Senior Accountant
- Accounting Manager
- Assistant Controller
- Controller
- FP&A Manager
- Director of Finance
- Conduct candidate outreach through LinkedIn InMails, phone calls, emails, and networking initiatives.
- Evaluate candidates' technical expertise, career aspirations, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments.
- Prepare and present detailed candidate summaries to hiring teams and clients.
- Guide candidates throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process.
- Provide consultative advice on compensation, market trends, and career opportunities.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates before, during, and after placement to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Collaboration & Business Partnership
- Partner closely with Account Managers and recruiters across multiple practice areas.
- Participate in client intake meetings, recruiting strategy sessions, and team meetings.
- Share market intelligence, sourcing strategies, and recruiting best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives that support the continued growth of the business.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records within Salesforce and other recruiting systems.
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and performance metrics.
- Build and nurture long-term talent communities and candidate relationships.
Requirements
Two or more years of experience in: - Accounting & Finance recruiting (required)
- Professional staffing
- Executive search
- Agency recruiting
Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and recruiting passive candidates.
Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and candidate management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
