Accountant (remote)

We are looking for an Accountant or Accounting Specialist wishing to grow professionally to join a team of 4 on a FULLY REMOTE basis.

Must-have industry experience from iGaming Affiliation & Crypto Payments

You need experience of having reconciled high volumes of crypto payments

Role & Responsibilities

• All-round bookkeeping including inputting invoices from suppliers & creating and sending sales invoices

• Checking and reconciling stats towards invoices

• Inputting and reconciliation of payments, both banking, other PSPs, e-wallets and Crypto transactions

• Preparation of month-end, quarterly, and annual reports

• Management and reporting to IFRS

• Assist with VAT and other tax reporting

• Assist with internal and external audits

• Assist with month-end closing procedures

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting

Education, Skills & Experience

• A-level in accounting + several years experience of working with all-round accounting

• Proven experience with financial reporting within iGaming Affiliation & Crypto Payments (min 2 years)

• Experience of successfully managing high-risk client requirements

• Experience of crypto payments and transaction reconciliations

• Keen on creating automation-processes to optimize workflow

• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Attention to detail, collaborative manner

• Preference given to candidates with experience of working with financial reporting in Cyprus
