Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: Do Not Use - REMOTE 2026 - Wilmington, OH, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Admin - Clerical, Equipment Management Service And Repair (EMSAR) is looking for an Account Service Administrator who is passionate about our core mission – to customize and deliver the best and highest quality solutions to our customers.   We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable part-time Administrative & Systems Support professional to support our Agilent technical and service operations. This is a remote position focused on the administrative processing and systems support that keeps our service operation running smoothly. The role will work primarily with customer work orders and service orders, Salesforce/ServiceMax, SAP, and other business systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple systems, processing detailed information accurately, and ensuring that work orders, service calls, and customer records are complete and properly closed. Key Responsibilities Process and maintain customer work orders and service orders. Process other work orders and service-related transactions. Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in Salesforce/ServiceMax CRM. Review and close completed field service calls in the CRM. Ensure work orders and service records are complete, accurate, and properly documented. Update customer, equipment, service, and field activity information. Follow up on incomplete work orders, missing information, or documentation. Assist field service personnel with administrative and system-related needs. Process service-related documentation and maintain organized electronic records. Assist with data entry, reporting, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks. Research system information and help resolve routine discrepancies. Communicate with field personnel, technical staff, customers, and internal team members as needed. Support general administrative activities related to technical and service operations. Assist with data cleanup and process improvement projects. Systems Experience Experience with the following is highly desirable: Agilent systems and service processes Salesforce ServiceMax Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience with other CRM, field service management, ERP, or work-order systems is also valuable.   Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative, service coordination, operations, customer service, or similar experience. Experience processing work orders, service orders, field service calls, or similar transactions preferred. Experience working with CRM or service-management software. Strong computer and data-entry skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and follow-through skills.   Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following environments are encouraged to apply: Agilent Technologies Laboratory instrumentation or analytical equipment Scientific equipment service organizations Field service organizations Technical service administration Service coordination Medical or laboratory equipment Manufacturing or equipment service Customer service organizations with work-order systems Comfortable working with multiple software systems. Ability to identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up appropriately. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment. Position: Part-Time Administrative & Systems Support – Technical/Service Operations Location: Remote – United States Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week Schedule: Flexible, with availability during normal business hours
