About Cassi & the Role
We’re building a category defining platform for residential operations and are now scaling rapidly after strong early traction. This is an opportunity to join early, take real ownership, and help build the systems that will power the company’s next phase of growth.
We’re looking for high performing Account Executives to help build and scale our go-to-market engine. This is not a traditional AE role, you will operate as both a closer and a builder, helping define how we sell, qualify, and win as we scale.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through close
Consistently close 10+ deals per month
Build and manage 3–4x pipeline coverage
Partner closely with SDRs to convert outbound pipeline
Drive urgency and momentum in ~30-day sales cycles
Identify and drive early expansion opportunities
Contribute to refining messaging, positioning, and sales process
Act as a direct feedback loop into product and leadership
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in a high velocity SaaS or transactional sales environment
Strong closer with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Comfortable owning pipeline, not dependent on inbound
High accountability, you take responsibility for outcomes
Ability to operate in ambiguity and help build processes from scratch
Competitive, resilient, and execution focused
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
What Success Looks Like
Ramp quickly and close your first deal within your first 30 days
Consistently hit and exceed annual quota
Maintain high deal velocity and strong conversion rates
Contribute to a repeatable and scalable sales motion
Operate as a revenue owner, not just a closer
