Job Summary
The Access Management Administrator oversees user access and security in Okta, Epic, and eCW (electronic health record) and across other enterprise applications. This position ensures access is granted and maintained in alignment with job responsibilities, regulatory obligations, and Company policies. The Access Management Administrator partners with teams across the organization, including urgent care center teams, Operations, People, EMR, Finance, and IT, to support a secure, efficient identity and access management (IAM) framework, including multi-market onboarding and application-specific IAM requirements.

- 3+ years of technical support/help desk experience
Preferred Qualifications, Education, Licenses, Certifications, Experience, etc.:
- Experience working in the healthcare industry with systems like EMRs (Electronic Medical Records) or other clinical applications.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
- Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Zero Trust Architecture.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- This role involves interaction and collaboration with other departments and requires excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Copilot or similar tools to draft documentation, summarize tickets, and support troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar tools.
- Experience with IAM solutions such as Okta and Microsoft Entra and JML workflow.
- Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts, including user lifecycle management, access certifications, segregation of duties, and access-risk remediation in regulated environments.
- Ability to provision and deprovision user and service account access across enterprise systems in accordance with policy, least privilege principles, and SLAs.
- Skill in maintaining and supporting Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models, with working knowledge of MFA and conditional access controls.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to assess access risk, identify IAM control gaps, and recommend practical, compliant improvements.
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally and communicate effectively, with strong judgment and documentation skills to resolve access issues accurately and efficiently
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Access Provisioning & Lifecycle
- Provision and deprovision of user and account access for onboarding, job changes, and terminations in accordance with IAM and compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate access records and assign appropriate roles, groups, and distributions in a timely manner.
Service Desk & User Support
- Manage IAM tickets using priority-based workflows; support onboarding/offboarding, MFA resets, password resets, and account unlocks.
- Provide Day-1 onboarding support and train users on login and MFA processes, ensuring proper identity verification and documentation.
Operational Controls & Compliance
- Adhere to offboarding controls, breach requirements, and access removal timelines.
- Support audits by maintaining accurate access and ticket documentation and escalating access risks as needed.
Documentation & Process Adherence
- Follow established SOPs and clearly document access actions, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and IAM documentation.
Collaboration & Escalation
- Partner with IAM Analysts and cross-functional teams to resolve access issues.
- Escalate recurring issues and automation opportunities to Engineering or Automation teams.

Additional Requirements
- Office Environment: Tasks may be conducted within a climate-controlled office setting.
- Physical Activity: The role may require the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials, supplies, and equipment (up to 15 lbs.) Duties typically involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent changes in position.
- Travel: Travel may be required, including travel between Company locations and out-oftown destinations as needed, up to 10%.
