Senior Paralegal
- Draft, review, and redline contracts including BAAs, vendor agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and provider/payer agreements under attorney supervision
- Maintain contract lifecycle tracking: intake, version control, signature workflows, renewal calendars, and expiration alerts
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on US healthcare matters (HIPAA, Stark, Anti-Kickback Statute, state licensure, payer regulations) and summarize findings into actionable memos
- Manage corporate records, entity filings, and state registrations across multiple US jurisdictions
- Coordinate with outside counsel, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies; prepare correspondence and meeting materials
- Support credentialing, licensing, and provider enrollment documentation as needed
- Assist with subpoena responses and medical records requests
- Maintain organized digital files, matter trackers, and shared workspaces (Google Drive, DocuSign, to-be-implemented Legal software)
- Prepare summaries, status reports, and dashboards for legal leadership on a weekly cadence
Must-haves:

- Exposure to US healthcare

- Experience with US healthcare service providers, especially telehealth
- Exposure to contracting with US health insurance companies
- Experience with US healthcare regulations and government programs
