Design and implement Cisco Voice solutions to meet client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice communication technologies. Participate in discussions to share insights and propose improvements. Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Cisco Voice. Beginner proficiency in Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Beginner proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure Architecture Design. Beginner proficiency in Enterprise IP Telephony. Beginner proficiency in Microsoft Teams Development. Beginner proficiency in Technical Writing.
