3D AI Visualiser

We are looking for a talented 3D & AI Visualizer to create high-end visual content for premium real estate projects ( and others) and conceptual developments. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional 3D rendering and cutting-edge AI workflows.

This position is ideal for an experienced 3D artist with a flawless sense of aesthetics, composition, and lighting, who is also passionate about integrating AI tools to accelerate production and elevate visual quality. You will bring premium residential, commercial, and conceptual ideas to life, transforming design briefs into stunning, marketing-ready imagery.

Responsibilities

• Create high-end 3D visualizations for exteriors, interiors, masterplans, and conceptual real estate imagery.
• Develop and manage 3D scenes (modeling, lighting, shading, and composition) to establish a solid foundation for premium visuals.
• Integrate AI workflows (Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Midjourney) into the traditional 3D pipeline for upscaling, texturing, detailing, and rapid concept generation.
• Refine and post-process imagery using Adobe Photoshop to ensure photorealism, perfect lighting, and a premium look and feel.
• Translate design briefs, mood boards, and references into compelling visual narratives.
• Maintain strict stylistic consistency and high-quality aesthetic standards across all project stages.
• Experiment with and optimize new AI tools to streamline the studio’s visualization workflow.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya) and rendering engines.
• Proven experience with AI generation tools applied to 3D and spatial visualization (Stable Diffusion + ControlNet/IP-Adapter, ComfyUI, Flux, Midjourney).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both high-quality 3D renders and successful AI-driven/AI-enhanced visual work, preferably in Real Estate or related premium industries.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop (matte painting, post-production) and Figma.
• Deep understanding of composition, materials, lighting, and premium photography aesthetics.
• Experience working with real estate developers, creative agencies, or professional visualization studios.
• English and Russian proficiency at a B2 level or above.
