21 - iOS Developer (2,200 - 2,400 EUR/month)

Our client is a globally recognised travel platform with millions of users relying on their mobile apps for on-the-go bookings. They are looking for an experienced iOS Developer to join their Mobile Growth Team, working on a high-traffic app in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You are someone who takes pride in clean, maintainable code and has a passion for delivering exceptional mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable iOS code
• Ensure app quality through unit and UI tests to validate implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers
• Champion best practices in iOS development - code quality, scalability, and performance
• Drive the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Contribute hands-on to team goals with technical expertise and a commitment to excellence

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on native iOS development experience
• Degree in computer science or a related field
• Proficiency in Swift, with strong understanding of iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine)
• In-depth knowledge of iOS architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, TCA or similar)
• Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and RESTful APIs
• Strong debugging and optimisation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an agile/scrum environment with cross-functional product teams
• Background in e-commerce or booking/marketplace platforms
• Experience with app performance monitoring and crash reporting tools (e.g. Firebase, Sentry)
• Familiarity with A/B testing and feature flagging in mobile apps
• Experience with SwiftUI migration or greenfield SwiftUI development
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor
