Seeking a highly motivated and driven Configuration Management Analyst to work 100% Remote supporting enterprise IT for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide program management and administrative support services to PMA-205.

  • Perform review of drafts and submissions for budget documents, PIDs, RTEFs, SOWs, WAAs and updates in PMT.

  • Provide support during Program Management Review meetings, engineer events, draft, and publish meeting minutes and action items.

  • Write drafts, update slides, and publish meeting minutes for all scheduled meetings.

  • Update system trackers and risk tools.

  • Update and publish quarterly reports for the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition Information System.

  • Update WRAPS/Command Staffing for the customer.

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and review of acquisition documentation.

  • Assist program office with SharePoint site management, by uploading documentation and workflow development.

  • Track action items to completion.

  • Cultivate and promote good working relationships with others in the PMA.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 - 10 years of experience performing and maintaining configuration control of acquisition products and data.

  • Experience with PIDs, RTEFs, SOWs, WAAs, and PMT.

  • Experience tracking configuration changes.

  • Experience collecting, organizing, and interpreting data relating to aircraft and product programs.

  • Experience reviewing drafts and submissions of budget documents, PIDs, RTEFs, SOWs, WAAs and updates in PMT.

  • Experience coordinating and supporting development of Engineering Change Proposals.

  • Experience applying Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

  • Experience working with CMPRO and CDRLs.

EDUCATION

  • BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an Information Technology. Allowable Substitution: 6 years of related experience or 4 years of related experience with an AA/AS degree

COMPENSATION

The likely salary range for this position is $74,000 - $94,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Rollout Systems offers a variety of benefits including health insurance with domestic partner coverage, company-funded health savings account and life and disability insurances, 401(k) matching, 401(k) profit-sharing, education assistance, paid time off, and paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, location, and schedule type.
