Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and facilitate discussions with business and technical teams.
• Design and optimize portfolio management, project management, demand management, and resource management processes.
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM.
• Experience with strategic portfolio, project, and demand management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent German (C1) and English.
• EU-based location.
