1148 | Middle/Senior Go Developer

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle/Senior Go Developer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go.
• Build and support REST and gRPC APIs.
• Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
• Work with PostgreSQL and optimize database interactions.
• Take ownership of services throughout the full lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and production support.
• Ensure system scalability, high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Write and maintain backend tests.
• Monitor and troubleshoot services using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Collaborate with distributed international teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Contribute to the integration of AI-powered functionality where applicable.

Requirements

Required skills:

• 4+ years of overall commercial software development experience.
• 2+ years of production experience with Golang.
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency, including goroutines and channels.
• Experience with microservice architecture.
• Hands-on experience with gRPC and REST APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Docker.
• Understanding of scalability, high availability, and backend system reliability.
• Experience with backend testing.
• Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus.
• English level: B2 or higher.

Nice to have:

• 3+ years of production experience with Go.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance projects.
• Experience designing backend architecture.
• Experience with AI integrations.
• Experience owning services from initial design through production support.
