We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
Own the technical architecture of the platform and guide key build decisions
Lead and orchestrate the existing development team through sprint cycles
Drive hands-on full-stack development alongside the team
Implement and oversee wallet integrations, transaction safety, and security best practices on Solana
Ensure game logic and mechanics (poker, slots, fantasy sports) are built to industry standards
Requirements:
It's a plus:
Rust and/or Anchor framework experience (Solana smart contracts)
TypeScript/JavaScript with React or Next.js
Experience with provably fair game mechanics / RNG systems
Compensation:
The salary range offered for this part-time position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for a part time contract, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
