Role: Sales Representative / Sales Closer

Monthly Rate: $1450 - 1600 base salary + estimated $500 - 3000 per month commission

Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

Requirements

Experience Needed:

- Primarily a phone-based calling role — on the phone the majority of the day

- Work hot inbound leads inside a sales CRM for booking and closing

- Run the follow-up sequence (call, text, email) against CRM urgency timers; work returning leads from the shared pool

- Close local moves live on the first call (hourly rate quoted on the phone)

- Upsell packing, storage, and supplies once the booking is confirmed

- On slower days / when no hot leads: cold outreach to realtors, storage facilities, and shipping lines to build referral partnerships

- Handle objections and lead with value rather than defaulting to discounts

- Experience working within a commission-based structure

- Proven track record of closing deals and consistently hitting quota

Good to have:

- Strong work ethic paired with the ability to work independently — self-directed, doesn't need to be told what to do

- Moving industry experience is a huge plus

- Service-industry background (cleaning, construction, plumbing, appliances)

- Confidence and a human phone presence

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Clean, fluent English - must be excellent for phone conversations

- Reliable internet + clear microphone/headset

- Strong work ethic, can work independently and is a consistent worker

Industry/Tools Experience:

- Sales CRM experience

- Experience in moving and/or service-based businesses

- RingCentral

- Excel
