This role involves verifying medical credentials, maintaining provider records, and collaborating with internal teams to support timely provider activation.

The specialist will manage escalations, enforce policies, and identify risks to protect the community while supporting credential verification. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational playbooks and resolve high-volume patient and provider cases.
