You will lead two cross-functional engineering squads to execute the D2C strategy and ensure high standards of technical quality. You will also oversee key platforms like Shopify and Mercuron while driving the adoption of AI-first engineering practices.
You will own and deliver technical projects within the D2C domain, designing scalable systems and setting technical standards for your squad. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and lead the adoption of AI-native development practices to improve team efficiency.
