The Program Manager will oversee developmental disability services and develop supportive relationships with staff, individuals, and their families. They are responsible for connecting individuals to meaningful community activities and ensuring the implementation of person-centered service plans.
Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments and treatment planning, and maintain clinical documentation. Supervise and mentor ABA staff, train caregivers, review technician notes, collaborate with clinicians, and contribute to program development.
