They will also manage the execution and quality of support sprints, tracking progress and intervening when necessary to drive tangible value.
The Programme Manager will convert informal programme components into structured, scalable products with defined playbooks and delivery formats. They will also design and productize community models, alumni pathways, and sector-specific sprints while maintaining a network of external service providers.
Design and own comprehensive testing strategies and evaluation frameworks for Generative AI products, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agents. Build automated evaluation pipelines and define measurable quality KPIs to ensure system reliability and safety.
