You will advise public sector clients on the implementation and optimization of SAP PSM solutions. Additionally, you will manage migration projects, conduct workshops, and design technical concepts for budget and resource management processes.
The consultant will be responsible for the conception, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions within the Talent Management Suite, including customizing modules and configuring business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions. Key tasks involve analyzing and resolving authorization issues, supporting integration into the H4/S4 landscape, and ensuring consistent data and role structures during the HR transformation project.
