Lead analog ASIC development from architecture and design through tapeout and production, including low-noise TIAs and mixed-signal circuits that interface with photonic ICs. Establish the ASIC tools and design processes, collaborate with photonics and digital teams, guide external digital design partners, and build and mentor a small IC design team.
Develop and implement complex photonic integrated circuit layouts from initial floorplanning through to tapeout. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize layouts, automate generation processes, and perform physical verification.
Architect and develop analog and mixed-signal electronics for high-performance hardware modules from concept through production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure signal integrity, EMI compliance, and system-level reliability.
