Meet with students to monitor academic performance, review transcripts and credits, and assess progress toward Florida graduation requirements. Identify students at risk of falling behind, create individualized plans and interventions, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with school staff and families on graduation readiness and postsecondary options.
The School Counselor will provide proactive guidance, social-emotional learning, and career planning to support student academic success. They will also manage student 504 plans, review transcripts for course placement, and collaborate with families and staff.
