Lead the Infrastructure and Operations area to ensure technical quality, operational stability, and economic sustainability of services. Define the operational model, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive the technological evolution of the infrastructure to align with business needs.

Execute security assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in critical systems, applications, and infrastructures. Plan and perform penetration tests across web apps, APIs, and mobile platforms while preparing detailed technical reports.

Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of IT infrastructure and AWS-based services. Ensures system performance, security, and high availability while providing level 2 or 3 technical support.

The main mission is to ensure the successful delivery of specialized offensive security projects through effective technical team management and proactive communication with clients and stakeholders. This involves managing and planning the full lifecycle of offensive security projects, including risk management, coordination, and reporting results to clients.
