The MLRO will develop and maintain AML/CTF/CPF policies while ensuring regulatory compliance through the submission of suspicious transaction reports. They will also act as the primary point of contact for regulators and provide strategic advice to senior management regarding financial crime risks.

Take ownership of the data platform roadmap, including the warehouse layer, ingestion pipelines, and transformation strategy. Develop and optimize scalable ELT pipelines while implementing data contracts and observability tooling to ensure data reliability.
