Provide holistic and independent care for patients through psychiatric video consultations. Responsible for medical treatment in individual settings, including diagnostics, therapy, and case management.

The role involves conducting psychotherapeutic diagnostics and individual behavioral therapy sessions for patients via video from a home office. The therapist will also actively participate in a multiprofessional team and attend regular case supervisions.

Support medical colleagues in psychiatric video consultations and independently perform psychiatric health and nursing care. Collaborate within a multiprofessional team to implement and develop innovative nursing concepts and document patient care processes.

Act as the first point of contact for patients to coordinate appointments and handle inbound and outbound telephone inquiries. Manage email requests and document patient complaints within the patient service framework.

The role involves advising management and employees on all personnel-related matters, ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations. Key tasks include independently managing payroll accounting for assigned locations and creating employment contracts, certificates, and testimonials.
