Lead cross-hub collaboration and frontier-model initiatives, and build open innovation formats such as sandboxes and APIs to help researchers, founders, and startups develop AI solutions. Map and improve compute, data, model, training, and evaluation resources, while coordinating compute access and shared data and benchmark efforts across the network.
