The consultant will draft legislative provisions for Grenada and St. Lucia to address unpaid care and domestic work, focusing on maternity, parental, and pay equity laws. They will also participate in stakeholder consultations and presentations to parliamentarians to validate these provisions.

The intern will provide technical monitoring and review for the construction of evacuation shelters and assist in drafting operation and maintenance plans. Additionally, they will support visibility and communication efforts through the creation of multimedia content and stakeholder engagement.
