You will own the full commercial sales cycle for IPPs, utilities, and developers across the Americas, from initial discovery to contract signature and expansion. You are responsible for building a pipeline, conducting technical sales conversations, and managing long-term customer relationships.
You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, managing pre-sales support, technical onboarding, and KPI validation. Additionally, you will lead performance analysis for commissioning and augmentation events while surfacing product feedback to the engineering team.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for BESS asset owners and developers across the Americas, managing the lifecycle from pre-sales and onboarding to performance analysis. Responsibilities include configuring sensor specifications, validating KPIs, and interpreting capacity test results during commissioning and augmentation.
