The VP of Technology is responsible for shaping and executing the organization's technology strategy, driving digital transformation, and overseeing AI adoption. This role manages enterprise systems, data governance, cybersecurity, and the relationship with the Managed Service Provider (MSP).

This role manages day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and retirement administration for a remote-first organization. It also oversees the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

The Accounting Associate manages internal operations finance, focusing on meticulous invoicing, accounts payable, and general accounting workflows. The role involves maintaining clean financial data and optimizing financial systems and standard operating procedures.

Manage public opinion research programs and develop strategic messaging guidance for a network of pro-democracy partner organizations. Coordinate audience-first communication campaigns and provide professional development support to coalition stakeholders.
