The Sr. Product Manager will drive D2C growth by owning the roadmap for the web shopping experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch features. They will also lead A/B testing, optimize for AI-driven discovery, and ensure the website meets business KPIs.

Develop and maintain a centralized messaging system and persona frameworks to ensure narrative coherence across the product portfolio. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate audience strategy into actionable language for brand, digital, retail, and sales channels.
