The Legal Counsel will provide legal support and business-oriented guidance for real estate development, construction, and financing projects. This role involves managing complex transactions, drafting legal documents, and partnering with business leaders to mitigate legal risks.
The executive will build and maintain senior-level relationships with Public Housing Authority leaders and elected officials to drive strategic partnerships. They will develop a national strategy to identify and cultivate affordable housing development opportunities, including RAD, Section 18, and LIHTC initiatives.
