The Performance Development Manager is responsible for developing GSFS Group accounts within an assigned region to increase product sales and improve dealership performance. They will train Sales and F&I team members, implement performance processes, and manage account development plans.
The Data Engineering Solutions Lead will architect and manage scalable data infrastructure using Lakehouse design principles and Medallion Architecture. This role also involves leading the Data Management Community of Practice and facilitating collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
