The Grants Research Analyst will identify and analyze federal and state grant opportunities to support client project needs and funding strategies. They will utilize AI-assisted research tools to synthesize program information and maintain organized records of funding trends and client projects.

Oversee the end-to-end grant lifecycle from award activation to closeout, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage financial reporting, budget tracking, and maintain proactive communication with grantees and funding agencies.

Develop and negotiate Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreements (NICRA) with federal agencies to maximize indirect cost recovery for clients. Provide expert guidance on cost allocation plans, compliance with Uniform Guidance, and financial sustainability strategies.
