Oversee the end-to-end grant lifecycle from award activation to closeout, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage financial reporting, budget tracking, and maintain proactive communication with grantees and funding agencies.

Develop and negotiate Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreements (NICRA) with federal agencies to maximize indirect cost recovery for clients. Provide expert guidance on cost allocation plans, compliance with Uniform Guidance, and financial sustainability strategies.

The intern will research federal legislation and appropriations bills to support policy and government affairs. They will also create written content for reports, blog posts, and client memoranda while assisting with marketing efforts.
