The Senior Analyst will provide loan processing support by coordinating due diligence, managing transaction milestones, and ensuring the accuracy of underwriting packages. They will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to drive loan originations through to closing.

The Reserve Associate manages an assigned multifamily commercial mortgage portfolio by overseeing reserve disbursements, repair requirements, and capital improvement compliance. They also partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate portfolio risk and ensure adherence to loan and investor guidelines.

The Escrow Specialist manages the execution of escrow functions for commercial loan servicing, including taxes, insurance, and annual analysis cycles. The role serves as a key control point for reviewing disbursements and ensuring compliance with investor requirements and internal standards.
