This role focuses on the administration, stability, and efficiency of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM and financial transaction processing systems. Responsibilities include proactively monitoring system health, troubleshooting production issues, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and driving the transition to modern DevOps practices.
