The role involves providing scientific leadership and operational oversight for outsourced in vivo pharmacology and nonclinical safety studies. Responsibilities include study design, vendor management, and collaborating cross-functionally to advance pipeline programs.

Analyze and visualize data from computational discovery platforms to identify and prioritize hits for synthesis and testing. Collaborate with computational and assay teams to validate binding profiles and refine target-specific screening strategies.

The scientist will design small molecules using in-house computational tools, lead chemistry efforts for pipeline projects, and manage external synthetic chemistry teams to meet project goals. Responsibilities also include utilizing company chemical technologies for library design and collaborating on the development of generative models for compound design.
