Lead live virtual orientation sessions to provide general education on GLP-1 medications and the health coaching program. Collaborate with program staff to set member expectations and deliver engaging educational content without providing clinical advice.

Own the strategy and roadmap for member onboarding to improve activation and early engagement through rapid experimentation. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to reduce friction and leverage AI for personalized user experiences.
