You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support, managing hardware and software troubleshooting for a global remote team. Additionally, you will assist with asset management, security compliance, and the automation of IT workflows.
Provide comprehensive support to platform users before, during, and after events, including online and onsite assistance. Conduct regular webinars for organizers and exhibitors and assist in creating event content.
You will be responsible for proactive multi-channel prospecting and managing lead conversion from events, webinars, and content. Success is measured by the number of qualified discovery meetings booked, opportunities accepted, and new pipeline created.
