The Client Principal is responsible for owning, growing, and protecting a portfolio of strategic client accounts while driving revenue through new and expanded Statements of Work. They serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, facilitating AI-driven transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of high-value engagements.

The Delivery Principal drives successful client outcomes by blending strategic delivery leadership with hands-on technical execution. They are responsible for managing complex engagements, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery at scale.

The role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining modern software applications across backend systems, frontend applications, and cloud infrastructure in a hands-on consulting capacity. Engineers will collaborate with product teams to deliver scalable solutions while incorporating AI-enabled capabilities and modern engineering practices where appropriate.

The Lead Engineer will design, build, test, and maintain modern software applications across backend and frontend systems, while actively participating in architecture discussions and code reviews. A key focus is leveraging AI-enabled tooling and agentic frameworks to enhance software delivery workflows and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
